Some 2021 F-150 vehicles may experience a diagnostics trouble code (DTC) U2100 in the trailer module (TRM) after installation of the Ford Accessory Trailer Brake Control kit. This may be due to an error in the configuration data needed to update the TRM. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to configure and program the TRM and the instrument panel cluster (IPC).
