2021 Ford F-150
TSB Document:
Affected Component: EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER
- Summary
- Some 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 2.7L engine and built on or before 09-Dec-2020 may experience lack of heat from the HVAC system. This condition may be the result of a heater hose near the oil cooler being misrouted and/or twisted causing a restriction to coolant flow. To correct this condition, inspect the hose for damage and reroute the hose above the coolant hose running perpendicular then fill and bleed the cooling system following procedures in WSM section 303-03A. For claiming, use causal part 18472 and M-time.
