The vehicle was taken to the same dealer where it was diagnosed that the passenger-??s side and driver-??s side headlamps needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was then taken to a local dealer on two occasions; however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
