The bolt the holds the rear axle/hub on the 9.75 HD rear-end sheared off. This is an ongoing issue with their rear-end.

The contact owns a 2021 Ford F-150. The contact stated that after all four tires were replaced, the following day while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear driver-??s and passenger-??s side tires seized without warning. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear axle half-shaft had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact referenced Customer Satisfaction Program: 22B34. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was provided a case number and advised to call the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 9,028.
