You buy a truck to use for work and can not put your tools in the truck's bed. The tailgate has randomly opened while driving down the road on about ten occasions. The last time I lost about $1000 worth of tools. The dealership did the recommended repairs, and I asked for a guarantee that it would not happen again. Nobody will say for sure the problem is fixed. I read on the web that after the so-called fix, it still happens. How can you use a truck for work when you can not count on the tools remaining in the bed when you arrive? Ford's Joke of a customer service said, "put your tools in the back seat." You have got to be kidding—a truck that costs over $70,000, and they don't give a care.
