I was driving down the road and for no apparent reason my rear window shattered, I heard a loud "popping" noise and looked in my rearview mirror and saw that the rear window had shattered. I took it to the dealer and they said they were not sure if it was covered in the warranty and they would order a new one and let me know the cost. This same thing happened to my sons 2011 Ford f-150 last summer. Very frustrating!
