On several occasion I have started my 2018 Ford F-150 and the navigation screen does not come on, so when I put it in reverse I have no backup camera picture. And while not safety related all the other functions associated with the naviagation screen are not operable (e.g. no navigation, radio controls, etc.) after driving the vehicle and turning it off the next time I start the vehicle the navigation screen works.

My raptor had been parked in garage for several days, when I opened door to get out something. Upon closing the door the back window exploded outwardly. I studied this online over the weekend and found many complaints on it. Ford refuses to acknowledge a problem. It was between 65-70 when this happened. Most complaints said it happened while they was driving. Ford insists something hit them. All of them over the years?? mine was parked in garage with another car in perfect weather. We are grateful our small grandchildren wasn't close. The force can be seen in the pictures. Ford needs to be made to fix this issue. They refused our warranty when truck only has 22,000 miles.

Tailgate failure; unable to open tailgate or tailgate will open by itself. Had to replace the tailgate control module. This should be a recall. The part has been modified by the manufacturer so they there is a flaw in their previous module.

While driving through parking lot, truck lost power, turned itself off, and displayed the following message: Auto startstop shift to P, then restart engine. Still had power steering, but was unable to restart the vehicle until coming to a complete stop and shifting to park.

Tailgate is stuck in the open locked position and cannot open. I quick google search shows this is a nationwide problem. Contacted Ford about it and asked if there was going to be a recall and they said to file a complaint with you guys.

While vehicle is sitting stationary or parked. During rainy weather water leaks in at top of rear door at the top latch where it runs down through the panel exiting at the first seam where it runs down the outside of the door panel to the mat. The seat belt behind the panel gets wet and water gets on the electric door lock window controls. The water runs forward to the front passenger floor where it collects (by the gallon) under and on top of the floor mat.

Purchased this vehicle with 36K miles (2018) and have owned for less than one month. When trying to open the sunroof for the first time there was a loud popping sound. The sunroof fails to open, and now rain leaks in through the roof. This should not happen on a $72K vehicle that is two years old. Since the vehicle is over 36K miles, the dealership (Ford dealer) refuses to fix.

Went to convenience store and parked truck. This truck was parked, gear shifter moved to park position, engine turned off. Went into store and when we came out, the truck had rolled backward and crashed into another vehicle. Went in truck and verified it was still in park. Reported this to Ford and they said there was no problem with the truck. I know there have been other similar issues with F150 for other model years and for this same model year. Have you seen any other people with similar issue? this cost over $6,000 for repairs and is a hazard.

Dynamic cruise control will randomly stop working all together or just stop seeing the vehicle in front and start to speed up. I have taken it to the dealer multiple times and every time they say can't reproduce the issue. See attached alert to my mobile app showing the malfunction.

Doors do not latch when cold outside. When stationary, the front and rear passenger doors as well as the left passenger door has this issue where the door will open, but will not latch when closed. Sometimes I can lock the doors with them open to get them to latch, but then when I go to open the door again, it will stay locked and will not open. This is obviously a safety hazard, especially if there is a child in the back and you can't access them through the door you put them in through.

Tailgate opened involuntarirly, whilst I was driving on a highway without any input from me. The doors where locked. I am not sure when the tailgate opened as there are no indicators in the cab of the truck. I lost the contents of the bed, I went back and retrieved the items which were damaged. Ford are telling me they will take a look and see what they can do.

This is a continuation with complaint number 11307725 already filed. Ford F-150 2018 super crew cab 2nd discovery of water leak in cab of truck with wet carpet padding and carpets again only this time the water leak was behind the back seats down the cab wall interior. Called our Ford dealership back and took our truck back in for them to assess this 2nd water leak. Our Ford dealership advised that they had to remove the truck bed to find this water leak coming in from the rear cab vents and locking tabs on vents. They also found the carpet insulator was behind the rear vents which caused the vent seal to warp and leak. They had to replace the rear vents completely then they retested for leaks and found no leaks at that time. They also replaced the truck bed bolts and had to respray in the bed liner over the bolts.

Ford F-150 2018 super crew cab 1st water leak inside of our truck cab created a mildew smell due to wet carpet padding and carpets. Water saturated electrical wiring under the door seal protectors on the right-side of the front and rear doors. First noticed a problem driving and applying the brakes we heard a water sloshing sound on the right side of the truck. Indications of water in cab and saturated carpet's and wiring went unnoticed due to weather tech full floor mats. We contacted Ford corporation online and they advised for us to take it into our dealership to be assessed. Our dealership made an appointment a week out, so our truck sat in our garage for an additional week. We used a shop vac and sucked out as much water as we could and left the door windows down to help dry out the interior. The dealership removed and reinstalled the trim panels with silicone sealant on both doors on the right side.

The 10 speed transmission in this truck does not shift right. It shifts very hard sometimes not shifting at all. It shifts hard enough to cause whiplash. Also the doors when it is cold out do not latch causing the door to remain open. My child almost fell out of my vehicle luckily she had her seat belt

Ford currently has an issue with door latches not latching shut. I've had my rear passenger door come open while driving down the road with my daughter sitting there scared to death. This is unacceptable. I've had my truck in service at the dealership for the recall fix and the same problem still exists I have had it back to the dealership three times now and it still is not corrected. Does someone have to get seriously injured or killed before someone forced Ford to do something about this unbelievable problem that is getting swept under the rug?
