I took my truck to be repaired and the body shop has yet to get all the parts necessary to repair. I called Ford after sending in a email complaint that was not returned. When the Ford complaint guy called back, at first it seemed that he cared. However after another return call I was told that as it was a new vehicle, I should be able to understand the wait and that I did not understand the issues.
I explained that when it was called an emergency request, my thought was the parts should be pulled off the line to get a good customer (as this was I think our 11th Ford vehicle). Ford told me that I may get a gift, I told them I was out to date, 7 bi weekly payments with no hope in sight and that if this was the US, that after 30 days I had the right to a replacement and that they would be forced to buy my unit back.I said I expected better service than this and would if the week went out with no more word regarding my parts availability issue, I would go to social media for help. I was told this conversation was over and good buy.
To date my parts should be available Feb the 13th to the dealer, which I have been given so far 2 other dates that were not kept. I will at that time be out my vehicle for 3 months (close to 90 days).
Can someone help?
