I bought the truck in nov 2019in Chicago, and drove it to Texas, when I stopped for fuel, I shut it off, filled tank and use restroom came out and trucked acted like battery was dead, jumped started it with no problem, next stop was the same, and continued till this day with the truck at 62,000 miles. I have taken it to various dealers on different states from California to Texas Georgia Chicago Utah and they all say then can’t recreate the problem and have no answer even when I stopped at the dealer while coming back from a trip, and showed them the problem… dealership in utah said it was my battery so they replaced it for for almost $400 and still no luck.. I love the truck but this is irritating.
Update from Jan 10, 2024 I forgot that also after a trip sometimes auto start will shut it off and it wont start back up, it happened couple times at red light, now I have noticed that if I let the engine cool down for at least half hr it will start up also if I stop engine at night and try it in the morning it starts every time, but if it’s hot out I have to jump it so now I just don’t shut it off until I know its gunna be for a long time…
