Ford dealership said it is an electronic module in the radio. The part is covered under warranty, but not the labor to put it in, and that could be 100's of dollars and it may not fix the problem.
The gps voice command has a delay when speaking and the touchscreen has a delay and when I use the buttons on the steering wheel such as volume button, it also has a delay. I can't even use the nav. system because by the time the sync stops talking, I already missed my exit.
