I bought this truck (2017 S Crew 4x4 XLT)used with 23000 miles on it and it has been riding really, really bumpy even over small bumps it just bounces you in your seat. My old 2004 XLT rode really smooth over the same roads. The dealer says that Ford builds these trucks with different suspension codes and mine is a work truck suspension, thus the rough ride. It's an XLT for Pete's sake it should not be bouncing me to the point my back hurts. I also understand it has an all aluminum body but still should ride smooth. Maybe Ford did not calibrate their old suspension system to match the lighter weight trucks.
