Driving on the interstate at 60mph when Traction control light is on, Hill descent control fault warning comes on, Tire pressure monitor fault warning comes on and then instrument cluster and radio go out for about one second. It was almost as if I had turned the engine off and re-started it, but the engine was still running. The truck begins to chime and the instrument cluster starts up like I had just started the engine (except the speedometer went up to 60mph). See manual warning with a picture of a wrench comes on.
This happened 3 different times on the same day and I was able to record one of them with my phone.
It was September in Virginia and between 50 and 60 degrees. Engine was at normal temperature. I had been driving for about 90 minutes before it happened the first time.
