I turned on my truck, and after spraying the windshield wiper fluid to get the dust off, the wipers ran like normal. Then the lowest setting of the wiper kept happening. I checked and the mechanism is turned off on the wiper arm. I turned it all the way up, and now the highest setting is the slower of the fastest settings. It's very annoying to have your wipers run every 15 seconds when not needed. When I looked it up online, there seems to be no easy fix.
