A/C took >5 mins driving to blow only cool (not cold) air. After 20 mins of driving, you could hear the blower running at full speed but the air flow inside cab was very low. Turned A/C off and air flow would pick up. Turning vehicle off for 2 mins and back on with A/C on would also blow at max flow again.
Ford found A/C pressure was low due to leaking thermal expansion valve (txv). They replaced it under warranty, recharged system and A/C performance is back to normal.
AC doesn't work properly and it's a brand new truck! Dealer said his machine isn't ready to test 2017 AC and he doesn't know when it will be ready? WTC? Why sell something that's broken that you cant fix!! Trucks cost a lot and I paid for one that works and here I sit with a loaner car that can't do what a 4 wheel drive truck can do and I don't even know how long it is going to be. Next time CHEVY
