Update from Mar 16, 2016: There was a problem with the windshield that was not properly sealed. As I was told at the dealership that problem is existed from the factory. Another issue I found with car doors that have a space between them and the body of car. Again I had been told in the dealership that it can be aligned in a proper way. However, when I brought my car on March 14 for adjustment, my car was taken to the body-shop for couple days. To my bad surprise when today, March 17 I came to pick up my car from dealership I found it in dirty condition with multiple scratches on the body. When I mentioned this to dealership workers they told me that it could be a result of door adjustment and can be polished for a nice look. When I brought my brand new car for repair I expected a high quality service, instead, the service was done in extreme way by unprofessional!!! I had been told that they have a parking rule damage on the dealership property and they do not have any responsibility if the car was damaged... BUT! to have scratches obtained on the parking lot and to have scratches made by repair staff it is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORIES! In addition to all my unfortunates, I have heard cracking sounds of plastic inside the cabin. The front of two plugs that rip each other and tear the driver's door making that sound. Plus to that I found that seats are heating unevenly: driver's side back first and then seat itself and the passenger seat contra versa: seat first and then back.
Regarding the engine I found that moving uphill the car does not have enough force to drive smoothly. The mechanic who did a road test with me did not recognize any sounds either with plastic cracking or engine problems... It seems like my brand new car is full of factory defects... and all possible defects that could occur to this brand new car I have got in mine... I would like to get any advise what I should do at this moment. Should I apply to BBB and Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan? As they will not take back this car or replace this one with another one, and, unfortunately, it seems like they are blind and deaf to my problems! I had a bad experience with Meadowvale Ford dealership by buying a defective car that nobody wants to repair and does more damage to it!
