Brought truck back to dealer after purchasing NEW. They said the transmission is operating normally. I kept telling them it jerks and thats not normal. Second time, same bulls*** from the dealer. I'm very annoyed. Now a few years later, the truck has 53k miles and the jerking is worse. It is beyond warranty.
Update from Feb 20, 2020: After some research I understand that this is a very common complaint among owners of F150's. Do you think it would be wiser to start a class action suit here in Florida against Ford and their carelessness?
Transmission slips or fails to keep up with engine demands especially downshifting Stays in 3rd or 4th gear while coasting to 5 or less MPH Hard gear change Transmission hesitation while accelerating at lower 3or 4 gears.
