So I have a 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat. She's got 80,000 miles on her and hasn't ever given me any issues, until now. I live in Texas and we just had a pretty decent few days of freezing weather (20 degrees for 3 days straight). I assume this was the cause of the problem, but when I drive my truck now, AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF DRIVING, certain electrical components shut off all of a sudden. The AC/heating turns off, I can't turn the volume up or down on my stereo or change the station (however the stereo will not shut off, the music will still play at the volume I had last left it on). The front 2 windows stopped operating, however I can still roll up and down the back 2 windows. All the sensors on my truck stop working and it notifies me on my dashboard. The truck engine does not shut off (I can still drive perfectly), I can still lock and unlock the truck, the passcode on the driver door still works.
THIS IS THE WEIRD PART!!!
When I park, shut the truck off, and re-start it, the same issues still do not work. However, if I turn the truck off and let it stay off for at least about 30 minutes, when I start it up again everything will work fine! Then, about 10 minutes later, the same issues will shut off once again...
Not sure whats going on exactly, pretty sure it's something with the computer/programming.
If someone has an answer or at least advice to get me closer to a solution, that would help soooo much. I want to try to not drop thousands of dollars on this issue!
