Let me start by telling you I am a big fan and have had several fords over the years even traded up to the 2015 from 2009 because of all the excitement and propaganda that FORD put out prior to the release of the truck, I was one of the first people to order one in Florida. I follow it thru the build process and tracked it in rout like a kid waiting for a present around the holydays and it was delayed so it got here around the holidays the day after Christmas. When I first seen it I couldn't believe my eyes it was so nice even better than I could imagine. I drove it off the lot and I was exactly every thing seemed to be perfect at first then I start to realize things I was led to believe by the web site where not what they seem. For example the parking assist don't really work, when your parallel parking and pull forward the front camera don't come on to show you how close you are to the car in front of you. Then when I tried to load my CD's in I found out there's no storage and its only a single disk player, I looked back at my request and noticed I ask for the premium system with everything I guess less is the new norm at Ford. I also found that my 16 position adjustable seat only had 8 positions that is less than my truck that I traded in that cost 20k less. So now I have had the truck for 5 months and it keeps getting louder in the cockpit so I take it in I talk to my service planer who is the reason I keep going back to Ford for service. I explain to him my complaints about the sound the wind noise is unbelievable its so bad that when I am at a traffic light I can here the conversation of the people next to ne with my windows up and my AC on! When I am driving it sounds almost like my window is open this is a far cry from your claim that it the one of the quietest truck rides in its class. So I can see the door panels are missed align, like they have moved but my service planer tells me he can't do any thing because there is no service advisory on it yet????? Are you kidding me I get the first truck of your latest and greatest creation and your telling me I have drove my truck harder and farther that you tested it???? That's BS and now we are here, I have a truck that I think is a pile of crap the way it sits and no one knows how to fix it. Please tell me how you want to handle this?
