Traded in a 2002 fx 4 for a 2015 fx 4 to find a newer truck isn't always an upgrade, and also the transmission failed and now I have a wiper linkage problem. The bearing has failed and the replacement part is on back order from Ford but there's a aftermarket part in town from a parts store? Ford can't use it because it's not a genuine Ford part, and there's a weird warranty difference - the Ford warranty is 3 years parts and labor, the aftermarket one has a lifetime on parts only but no labor?
