The service writer stated that he has seen this in ford focus cars a lot but never with a truck. I want to know why the key material is so soft that it would bend that easy. I have never had a key bend. I am 62 so I have had a few cars in my life.
Update from Jun 24, 2016: June 24. The key is bending again.
