F-150 Raptor 6.2L

I took truck to local Ford Dealer in Green Valley, AZ....Dealer Tech states this is normal for the Ford Raptors that the Transmission shifts a lot due to it being a 6 speed. Dealer had Tech put on computer for any updates but came back as no new update available. I'm not sure how a car company can put this on the market with issues like this and call them normal.
