So I've had this truck for 7 months. In that time, the dash started squeaking every bump you hit. Then the popping in the rear end. Once it got cold the rear windshield started rattling when hitting bumps. So on the way to dealership for 2nd TSB repair for popping noise, my truck started grumbling like I had monster truck tires on it. Once I got it there they had it little over a month.
The dash cluster was broken. FYI (it broke again). The rear windshield still rattles. Well, they found out the rear wheel bearings were installed incorrect from factory. The bearings spun inside the diff housing and messed up the facing. The outside bearings went out as well. So a month later and I get my truck back. Everything was great for 2 months. The dash started squeaking after we had our first snow and ran over some bumps. Well, the rear end is grinding like crazy again. My gas mileage has dropped from 15mpg to 12.5mpg. I'm waiting on them to call with a loner vehicle for this will be a long process of repair.
After going all out on my truck and I feel like I got a lemon. Way too long in the shop and haven't had much of a good experience with it. This rear end going out again makes me feel like this is a lemon and I would like a buy back. This is a defective truck and would like to start over with a new and hopefully not have similar results. My truck is a turd! I should have stuck with my 2013 Ram 1500 Hemi 8 speed. It towed just as much and got better mileage. A sucker I was for a Ford.
