blemleaking when it rains and dealership cannot find issue

We took truck in to try to have it fixed. We were not given a rental while they kept our vehicle because they said they were over budget and this was a warranty issue. We are now going to have to wait until it rains again before we can take it in again. We had to leave it for two days the first time. It was a real inconvenience only having one vehicle between the two of us.
