Moonroof would't close properly, leaving it "lifted" on the backside of the roof allowing rain to come in. It would make a noise and appear to close, only to immediately "drop down" and open again. When I took it to the Ford Dealer, explaining it was still in time warranty, but over the mileage, I was expecting a discount or for it to be covered since it is not a "mileage" kind of issue. Nope. They told me $2,300 to fix it. After 3 weeks of arguing, I got them down to $1,080. I am still trying to get a credit since the mileage had nothing to do with this issue and I was still in the 3 year warranty period.
