The contact owns a 2013 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving approximately 25 mph, the vehicle crashed into another vehicle from the front passenger side. During the crash, the hood opened and smashed through the windshield and into the front passenger seat. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained minor injuries to the neck and lacerations to the head and both hands that did not require medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed.
