Upon coming to the dealer to pick-up the newly purchased 2013 F150 Lariat pick-up truck, I questioned the salesman about the gap or hole in the middle of the front bumper. I thought they still needed to complete the prep on the truck. He said that The Ford Motor Co. was having Transmission-over heating issues and had to move the License-plate holder from original intended engineered location (the center) and have dealers screw them into the Left-corner pad of the Front-bumper....All the while leaving a huge unfinished "goof" in the middle of the bumper! It really looks terrible, unfinished and rough. The bottom-line is it was poorly designed and never dealt with by Ford Motor Co.!. Why won't Ford offer their "Valued-Customers" a fix for their error?. Every other trucks bumper looks complete, why not a 50,000.00 Ford pick-up truck?
