I am the owner of a 2011 Ford F-150 Eco boost. I had noticed a clicking sound when pulling up to a drive through. I knew it was not a rock. I kept hearing the sound. I took it to the dealership. I was told it was the 20" rim. That the chrome was separating from the aluminum. I was told that the extended warranty did not cover rims. I was told this was going to cost me $1,000 for the rim. I was told it was a design flaw. If this is correct, I should not have to pay out of my pocket for this rim! I have now noticed a distinct vibration at 70 MPH. I feel Ford should at least pay for the rim.
