We are one of 15 Ford F150 owners that their 2011 Eco Boost pickup is in the shop and NO PARTS to be had to fix it!!! I have gotten no answers from the Ford people as to WHEN and IF the part will ship any time soon. They did take care of us and get us a rent car to get my family home from a vacation.......but that doesn't make it any easier having a $50K pick up with 3100 miles break down.
Right now our vehicle is sitting in the hot sun baking waiting for the part to ship. Once it is fixed, WE are responsible to get our vehicle back.......I cannot believe Ford is still selling these pick ups off their lots knowing there is a major problem. We took our pick up back in to the dealership with 76 miles and said something was wrong but they couldn't find the problem. If they had checked a little deeper maybe we wouldn't have been stranded and a vacation ruined by FORD!!!!
