Bumping started at about 38,000 miles. When you would take off or stop. Took it to Tomball, Ford in Tomball, Texas. They fixed it under warranty. Started again in December of 2014, took it back to Tomball Ford Tomball, Texas 77377, and kept week. Then called said it was not covered under warranty, said it was my problem to fix by taking out drive shaft and lubing spline in back drive. Well they want $186 and I think that is rip off since they should have fixed it the first time. They say you have to take drive shaft down and lube when you have oil filter change. NEVER BY A FORD AGAIN; it cost every time at lube place around $100
