The contact owns a 2011 Ford F-150. The contact stated that all four automatic interior doors locks failed to unlatch. The failure recurred various times whenever the malfunction occurred. The occupant was forced to exit out of a nearby window. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the rear driver and front passenger side latch assembly was replaced. In addition, the contact replaced the rear passenger's side latch assembly. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 45,000. Updated 03/05/14
