Everyone I have in the vehicle upon first start up complain the they get whiplash from my vehicle. The brakes are over sensitive.

When first taking off in reverse or forward when applying brakes for the first 4 to 5 times i would say brace yourself back, because here comes the windshield! After that they are normal. I have watched other family members drive my truck, and hit the brakes, it gives them wiplash. i"m bad it is really funny. serious though Ford says thats normal.
