If you ask my dealership, this problem does not exist. I've brought my truck to them to have this fixed I think SIX times. They only shrug and refuse to fix it. Did I mention I paid thousands for an extended bumper to bumper warranty? Not only are ford vehicles garbage but this dealership is too. NEVER GIVE A DIME to Terry's Ford of Peotone, Illinois.
Ford boasts about selling more trucks than anybody else ever. The only way I can picture that is because you have to buy a new truck every 50,000 miles. lol what a joke. Not only will the truck go to sh*t but the dealership will look you in the face and call you crazy when you ask them to fix it. Once this dealership has your money you are dead to them. This light comes on all the time and I'm glad we report these occurrences as separate events on this site. People need to know that Ford makes a sh*t product and that if Terry's Ford of Peotone, Illinois was the last dealership on earth, I would go to Kmart and buy a Huffy.
I've also called ford corporate to file a "formal" complaint to force this dealership to perform over a month ago. I've received only silence.
I guarantee you, if they do not make this right they will lose a customer forever. And good riddance if they don't.
To be fair. It's less about this little light. And more about how I'm being treated. They don't even want to pretend to care and that speaks volumes. Customer service is dead.
