I bought the truck new. The first problem was the third brake light seal was leaking when it rained. I fixed this myself.. Now i think there is a problem with the rack and pinion and I take good care of this truck. I have never had it off road I have never overloaded it. I pulled a small trailer one time with my riding mower on it. I know the warranty is out but there should not be a problem with the steering or rack and pinion. Ford should have to repair this problem. I would like to here back from ford before i carry it to the dealer..I have heard of ford owners have the same problems as i do. This is a safety problem and needs to be recalled. The customer should not have to pay anything for the repair.
