The contact owns a 2009 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the ABS warning light illuminated while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who performed a diagnostic that located the failure at the ABS sensor wires. The ABS wires were not covered and caused one of the wires to fail. The vehicle was repaired. The dealer replaced the damaged ABS wire. The failure mileage was 22,500 and the current mileage was 23,800. Updated 11/29/11 the consumer stated the ABS light illuminated while leaking the parking lot. The sensor wire was damaged. Updated 12/07/11
