Have taken the F150 in multiple times for electrical issues with the windows and sensors. Told them the wiper fluid button keeps making the fuse blow. Crossroad Ford of Kernserville kept it for 8 days troubleshooting. They finally told me the problem was the wiper motor and replaced it. I told them I had no issues with the wipers and never a sign of a problem. Only the fluid button.
They gave me the truck back after charging me $400. When I got in the fuse box cover and panels were still all over the floor board. So I was driving off the lot, I hit the wiper fluid button and the fuse blew right then. Today it still isn't fixed. All they do is charge me more money and time to guess. They have no clue how to work on vehicles. If the computer don't tell them exactly what is wrong. They are idiots when it comes to fixing vehicles.
Under warranty they replaced the Emergency text gauge in the dash. At night there was no light for me to see what it was saying. I took it back and they told me the gauge doesn't come with a light so they were not going to fix it. You mean to tell me when the truck is reporting something to me at night, I am not suppose to read it? Plus it worked when I bought it with green background.
Then after the warranty expired they told me the light was out on the gauge and charged me to replace the bulb. I went off and told them I wasn't paying them a dime for it. They told me under warranty nothing was wrong with it and I had to get use to it?
