Ford has had this part on backorder since 2017 for a 9 year old truck. A junk yard part had to be used. I wrote to Ford stating that I can get parts for a Model-T Ford but not a 2008. They sent me a letter to find the part at some vintage part websites. I do not consider a 9 yr old truck vintage. Non-commercial pick-up trucks should last a good 20-25 years, not 9 years.
