Transmission mechanic said they keep this transmission in stock because this problem is so bad. They replaced failed factory drum with solid aftermarket one and gave me a 1yr warranty. Said Ford knows about it but doesn’t do anything to fix it, just like a list of other problems. Should’ve bought a Chevrolet!
