Ford said there 100% sure the catalytic converter is bad. So ok its a under warranty but its been 3 weeks and they're still waiting for the new one. That's not acceptable to me they said 1 week at the most . We all know nothing is perfect but quick warranty items should be. Very unhappy Ford owner
