Ford replaced the navigation/stereo system, but has been unable to get the navigation disk out. They refuse to give me a new one, and it has been a month since they have been trying to get the old disk out of the old navigation system. They argure that they are still attempting to get the disk out and that they are being attentative to me as a customer. I disagree and think they should at least give me a new disk to use to make my navigation system usable.
