While I do have 140,000 miles on this truck it is driven mostly by my wife. It has never been off road or used any harder then a car. I don't even know how long they have been broken but you can see all the rust at the brakes. The only reason I know about it is because a friend who is a Ford mechanic took it in to work to put new tires and a alignment on it. He told me this is a very common problem with these trucks. WHY NO RECALL THEN?
