Took my truck into Velde Ford for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor came and got me from the guest lounge to show me BOTH front springs were broken and needed to be replaced. He further stated that this was a common problem as the same spring assemblies are used on the Excursion model and were noted for this issue. This will be about a $800 to $1000 repair to fix a problem Ford apparently knows exists.
