I have a 2005 Ford F-150 FX4 four door truck and on July 17, 2008 I had an accident. A car ran through a stop sign and I hit them in the side of their car. I was traveling around 30-35 mph and hit them straight with the front of my truck and the airbag did not deploy. The bumper was crushed in and the grill destroyed and several other components. I have a concern of why the airbag did not deploy.

When driving past luke air force base the air bag light on the dash illuminates in my 2005 Ford F150. I have been told that this is caused by the radar. I want to know if the air bag system will function normally in the event an accident occurs when the light is on. Other people we know are also having this problem with their 2005 Ford trucks and SUVS.
