The contact states was driving 72 mph with the cruise control on when he started to go downhill, the vehicle accelerated to 85 mph. At that time, he pressed the brakes and deactivated the cruise control. This happened two more times, and he took the vehicle to the dealership. Two different dealerships and the manufacturer stated it is the way the vehicle was designed. Updated11/29/05.
