Ford extended warranty on the fuel injectors for sticking open, but only to 80,000 miles, so mine has more. It was running fine then one day the injector stuck open and caused a misfire on cylinder 4. It bent piston rod. Now they want $8,000 to fix. That's my only truck I need it for work and I bought Ford thinking it was a reliable truck. I have owned a total of 5 Fords and all of them have made it to at least 250,000, but not this one. Ford is just not reliable anymore and they knew that this 5.4 was a POS and still put it out there for us to buy. It's not that I got a bad one, they're all bad with the 5.4, it's just when will it go bad.
