The contact owns a 2004 F-150. He stated while driving at 65 mph, the front and rear driver side tires became flat due to a valve stem failure. The contact had received previous repairs under an unknown technical service bulletin. The dealer advised they were unable to replace the tire because it was included in an unknown manufacturer's recall yet when the manufacturer was contacted, they would not provide any assistance. The failure and current mileages were 35,200.
