I purchased a Ford F150 new in January of 2004. At approx 4000 miles the vehicle developed a loud whine in the rear axle.differential. The dealer replaced the gears in the differential and the whine disappeared. Shortly after, the vehicle developed a vibration that occurred at around 45-55 mph, worse at just over 50. The dealer replaced the entire rear axle assembly but the problem persists. I was told by the service manager that this is a problem with all these trucks and there is no fix. I am very dissatisfied with this truck.
