The approximate failure mileage was 15,000.
The contact owns a 2004 Ford F150. The contact stated that while driving 60 mph, the driver's side window fell into the door panel abnormally and exhibited a loud bang. The dealer was notified who advised the contact that the window regulator would need replacing. The remaining three windows regulators were also previously repaired by the dealer due to the same failure. The manufacturer was notified who provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 56,000 and the current mileage was 58,000.
