2002 F150 5.4 V8 – Will not turn over, no starter clicking (slight clicking under dash, all lights are fine). Dash lights do go out when key is turned. Tried using different keys and same results. Charged my seven month old battery, now shows more than 12 volt – still nothing, it did show 11.4 prior to charging. Checked terminals at the battery, OK. Moved gear selector to insure in park (linkage loose). Has been parked for two days. Very cold here in Kingman AZ, less than 30 degrees with very high winds. Can’t get under truck to check other connections or solenoid right now.
Similar issue a couple of years ago caused by too many keys on key ring, thinning them solved that issue.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
