this problem is not the first time but its in my truck burned and melted, the 2004 explorer we have the control is broken and have to flip the flap by hand to get heat vise versa for a/c, had a 97 ford econoline van with the same problem as the explorer, but my truck is bullshit it literally is black and burned , i t could of burned my truck and me to death
