While traveling eastbound on freeway, left rear wheel flew off truck, over concrete median barrier into westbound traffic. An accident subsequently ensued in westbound lanes involving pregnant woman. Three of the five studs failed resulting in wheel assembly pulling away from remaining two studs and flying off the vehicle.
